Dropped me from medication management without notice after going here for over a year. The therapists and front desk staff couldn’t figure out why I was dropped, and said there was no notes in the system saying I should’ve been. I was down to my last few days of my SSRI and had the option to either stop medication or restart the entire process to get back into medication management. Great people and lots of help
Honestly for clay behavioral I do not know what or how they’re inside credentials or services are or how they operate but as far as the CATT team treatment goes I unfortunately had to go through them again for my child. They are very unprofessional the “clinicians” are not helpful, they enable bad behaviors and they do not communicate clearly and constantly give you the run around. Clinic allowed for a prescription to be filled that should not have, which has lead to them jiving and lying about appointments being missed to cover their asses so they can say a patient is no longer active with their clinic & about letting medicine go out the door that shouldn't have.
