Probably will never happen but I would strongly like an apology from med management for traumatizing me with a baker act last year when they dropped the ball on refilling my medication that led me to having another insomnia/psychosis episode that led me to make an emergency appointment, called me unstable, didn’t know the counselor that said she has reached out numerous times about the refills and they work in the same building. Would not recommend anyone suffering a mental health crisis to seek help here. Unfortunately, the hoops they make you jump through for medication management is beyond insanity. 3 therapy visits and then I can be referred to med management? For bipolar depression? It’s an awful policy, and quite frankly it seems like borderline insurance fraud to me. It's the only place within a 20+ mile radius that takes Medicaid. I really admire Ms. Terri and Dr. Menges as they are always there for me to make sure I have the care I need. I cannot express in enough words how valuable they are to me. Along with Colleen.
