I was on a 9 day motorcycle trip from my home in Houston, Texas to California on my Gold Wing. I needed an oil change before returning home, so I dropped by a couple of Honda dealers. Clawson Motorsports kindly worked me into their schedule and I was back on the road in about an hour. Meanwhile I looked around their huge showroom and accessories department. I bought a bike and some part too. Took the bike home and was told that the part will be there in three days.
This is place is awesome. I purchased a used bike from them and several miles later it started having problems. I live three hours from fresno, so I took it to a local shop to fix. I then called my sales person and told them about the issues. They told me to bring the bike in. So I rented a trailer and made the 3 hours trek back to Fresno. The GM was very professional. I bought a 2012 Suzuki Z400. My salesman Tim Catching was great, discussed with me thoroughly about the ATV and did not pressure me to buy it. He was very knowledgable about all the ATV's in the showroom and was able to easily explain differences to me in a way I would understand. The service department is awesome. The tell you like it is. They have gone out of their way many times to accommodate my husbands (sometimes eccentric) requests. I have personally witnessed them calm down the angriest customers and take the time to go over everything in detail (it's no fun having your bike or toy break down). We have been to other smaller, cheaper places in Clovis and Fresno and will now and forever be a Clawson customer!
My experience was great. Clawson did a great job.
