I brought my ‘25 Pilot in today to fix an air conditioning problem. The 1st person I met was Chris Mincer in the service dept. Chris is an extremely rare employee. Very seldom have I had the good fortune to come across someone with his ability to communicate with the customer at his level. Even though I had a bit of bad news with a warranty part on back order, I’m confident Chris will be doing the best he can to expedite things.
I had a really great experience working with Mario Salcedo. He is friendly, professional, and made the whole process so much easier than I expected. He took the time to explain and answer questions about the service my car required, kept me updated, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
