I have had many quality bath, cut and nail trims at this location. My small pup used to get very nervous going to have her hair done. Now when we pull up she is ecstatic! We call it her special spa day. Megan is fast and thorough when clipping my dog. She is always willing to give me advise about how to keep her white coat clean and tidy on our many outdoor adventures. I've only had positive experiences at Claws-N-Paws.
Had the worse experience here. My poor puppers!!! First we get there over an hour early and no one was there. I called and emailed and no one answered. No way to contact anyone! As we sit outside talking we can hear her whining and crying. When they got there it took her awhile to get her out of the kennel or where ever they had her locked up at. To Shannon Eerkes-Lester sorry you feel that way. Your dog was very well taken care of. She was playing all day in my shop with plenty of water. Because you made arrangement to pick her up after hours we do not let them run loose after hours we put her in a big roomy kennel with blankets and plenty of water. my hour are 8:00 to 5:00 so I told you we could make arrangements to pick your dog up after hours so you said 7:00 pm was fine and I was there at 6:45.
Claws and paws is the best! I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else. Karen and her staff do amazing work!
Took my kitty in for his haircut. First time at this place. Following an awful experience, we found Carol's in West Salem and for years loved her. Upon her retirement she recommended Claws-n-Paws, and I am so happy! The entire experience was amazing. They were quick and gentle. You can tell they love animals. My kitty loved the lady that cut his hair. Thank you so much! We will be seeing you guys every 6 months!

Karen is the best groomer I have ever been to or have known! I would never go anywhere else! I am always so happy whenever I go pick up my baby! I highly recommend claws n paws!!

Amazing professional groomers. I have used them multiple times for my 3 yorkies, and they are very efficient at getting them in on short notice and they always come home looking exactly like they should be in a photoshoot..Thankyou for all your hard work!
