It was my first time taking my dog to a groomer. They were great! He looked great and happy. The groomer was very nice. I couldn't be happier.
I just had my dog groomed here on Saturday and I'm absolutely appalled by the way they treated my boy. He came home with such severe razor burn that neither of us has slept in three days. He can't get comfortable at all and he is in agonizing pain. I had to put a cone on him to prevent him from licking his scrotum and anal areas where she burned him. Seeing the damage she did to him, there is no way that she couldn't have known she was hurting him. I can only imagine how much he was squirming and yelping to get away. I feel ... read more
They are always very nice and attuned to my dog's personality, which i think makes the experience less stressful for him. And they are honest with me and tell if he should come in more frequently for nail trim because they get long, or if they noticed he might have a health complaint and i should see his Vet. Very professional and kind hearted people.
