I messaged them due to being a first time customer. They got right back to me right away, and was told it was walk ins for nail trim. I went in about an hour later, and they took my dog right away. I was there for less then ten mins. Really nice, great customer service. I’ll for sure be a returning customer.
I am very happy with there work. I have a little dog that has to get cut every 2 months. And I can honestly say there work is amazing. And my dog loves going there. Thank you 🙏🏼
We have take our girl in there 3 times. There has been some uneven trimming which can be expected with animals but in some spots they nicked her. This last visit was terrible and we will never take Bianca back there. Along with what I already mentioned, there was a large tuft of hair left on her tummy, and a razor burn on her chest! So thankful claws n paws was able to work with me and take my cat on a Friday for a bath. He looked and smelled AMAZING When I picked him up, they even gave him an adorable Holiday scarf and gave me a holiday goodie bag. Thank you for your great work! I will definitely come back.
I can't say enough about how wonderful the girls were here. I just came in to get a nail clipping because my baby has anxiety issues when grooming. They took her right away. They were gentle and understanding. They trimmed and buffed all her nails with NO problems. They praised and loved on her like she was there own. I will be back!!! Well worth the 10 dollars!!!
