I have a cat that i got from aspca and he was already a yr old.he's a biter(major attitude).his name is Ralph n i brought him in to be bathed etc.they did a wonderdul job on him n handled him no problem.their facility is ALWAYS well kept n they r good to our pets.i love you guys
