I would highly recommend Barbara (and Tony) to anyone looking for a home in Polk County and surrounding areas. She took the time to get to know me and steer me in the right direction. Her follow through after the transaction closed has been equally impressive. I enjoyed working with Barbara and look forward to continuing to see her.

Barbara and Tony were great to work with. Professional, excellent communication, and creative. Their marketing is top notch, and bottom line they had the house sold in a short amount of time. When challenges came up they handled them smoothly and we did not have to deal with the stress. Highly recommend.

My wife and I were looking for a second home in the Tryon area. We visited on weekends, and Barbara and Tony always had properties for us to see. They were very patient and responsive to our emails and calls, and once be finally made an offer (and eventually a purchase) they helped us manage the distance and close remotely. They could not have been more helpful.

A few months ago Barbara helped us find a home with pasture in the Tryon area. She spent days helping us become familiar with the area. She showed us everything within our parameters and a bit on the edges to help us really be comfortable with our final decision. I have dealt with numerous realtors over the years in multiple locations from the mountains to the seashore and I can say without reservation, that Barbara and Tony are the best that I have ever dealt with. Unbelievably nice, honest and competent realtors! On top of the purchase the whole time, didn't let anything slip through the cracks. No high pressure either. I highly recommend Barbara and Tony.
