Char filled me in so well in what was being done, and if the temp. crown came off what to do. I always appreciate hers and Dr. Clausnitzer's friendliness. They ask about Joe and genuinely are interested and care. I like how throughout the procedure both Char and Dr. Clausnitzer give me choices and are attentive to my comfort level. You are the BEST!
