I have been calling this office for three weeks to schedule an appointment, and no one has answered or returned a single call. This level of neglect is completely unacceptable for a medical practice. Patients should never have to struggle this way just to be seen. The lack of professionalism and disregard for patient needs is deeply concerning.
I have been trying to get in contact with this office for the past 2 weeks, I’ve call first thing in the morning, midday, afternoon, I NEVER get through, I left message and nothing, this is not normal for a office, how do you get to see patients? It’s there another phone number that I can call?
