Dr. Tsui is very nice, she goes over all procedures and shows you on a computer where you need work and why. They also provided movies to watch while they work, kids love this, and the staff is very friendly. Afterwards they go over everything they recommend and what the insurance pays and what you pay. However, some of the work recommended was unnecessary and would have cost alot even after insurance coverage, I changed to a different dentist because I don't want to have proceducers done that are not necessary, we are on a ... read more
Excellent, there is no pain when she gave me the injection. She tells me before hand what she will do, this is good for me.
My family and I are have gone here for several years. The dentist is very patient and thorough. Made suggestions but didn't try to sell me needless procedures. Had a dental claim denied and she worked with me - wrote off most of the bill.
Great Service! Only one caveat...the assistant had to take my X-Rays several times for one section of my teeth. She kept placing the film in the inappropriate position. I'm no doctor but I don't think the EM waves are gonna help my body. Other than that, Claudine herself is very professional and describes everything she does and also how to prevent it in the future. Plus! She has a great selection of DVDs to watch while she's treating you!
