Dr. Kasinak has been a great doctor for me. I've also had a surgery with her and it went great. She explains things very clearly and I always know what to expect.
Worst doc I've ever seen.
Very disappointed with the approach to treating her patients. I've had issues with yeast & recently a UTI, came in for testing & was asked to do it twice before confirming with the nurse if my original sample was good to use to send to the outside lab. Root causes of the symptoms are an after thought, here's a pill or "how do you feel about antibiotics"? Really ... no history review or analysis, a patient with yeast history & antibiotics? No personal concern... that's not how doctors should be!
The other docs at this practice are fantastic, but she is awful. She doesn't listen to you, she is callous and cold, and she makes it very clear that she would like to be in and out of that exam room as quickly as possible. She doesn't seem to actually like doing any doctoring.
The worst doctor I have ever seen. She is careless, irresponsible and clearly has no regard for patients. She dismissed my concern the first time I saw her, until it continued to get worse. And then went from saying I was just getting older to I need a hysterectomy without explanation. When I asked questions she was offended. The nurse was far more thorough and considerate. Don't see Kasinak- if Womancare assigns you to her, refuse treatment.
I have been seeing Dr. Kasinak for many years, and she has always been knowledgeable, kind and thorough. She always takes time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Once I was having abdominal pain that my internist could not diagnose. He thought it was a "female" issue, so he sent me to my gynecologist. Dr. Kasinak performed an ultrasound and discovered that I had gall stones. I highly recommend her and wouldn't want to go to any other doctor.
I thought she was pretty good and nice at first. My cousin is the one who recommended her to me. However, Dr. Kasinak has recently come across as very judgemental and uncomfortable to talk to. She made it super obvious that she was judging me for what medications I was taking and the question I was asking. It is my health and I'm under the care of other doctors. She knows nothing about it. I will definitely be looking else where
First time I met her in the office and she was rushing. She just read off my medical chart and then said everything looks the same and was ready to leave. I told her I had questions and she looked annoyed that she had to stay to answer my questions. I don't know why they allowed her to keep working with Womancare. The other doctors are great. She really brings down their reputation. I got stuck with her as my doctor when I delivered my son. She wanted a c-section and I said no. I was right.
Terrible - the worst doctor experience I've ever had. Very rude, in a rush, didn't even bother to introduce herself when I met with her. She was so terrible I didn't even finish the appointment. Never going back to her.
