Excellent all the way around! When we got to the front desk, a patient was quite upset and a bit angry. We watched the women at the front desk comfort her and asked in a kindly voice, “how can I help you”. It was so nice to see they could see the humanity and try to help!
Dr. Isaacs is amazing. She provides information in layman’s terms and will ensure all questions and/or concerns are addressed before leaving the room. I’ve had an amazing relationship with her as my oncologist since 2014. I’m giving five stars just for my experience with her. Note, there are administrative adjustments that are being worked out so patients are not in the waiting room for extended periods of time. While it can feel long after the scheduled appointment, seeing with Dr. Isaacs is worth the wait.
As someone who has sought care along the East Coast, I say with confidence that Dr. Isaacs herself is a center of excellence. Command of emerging medical evidence for personalized care; the best patient advocate even outside of her lane; and a compassionate bedside manner.
