Everyone was so kind and understanding and I really felt like all the staff genuinely cared about my situation and wanted to do everything they could to help me feel better.
I was very satisfied with the care that was given by Dr. Feliciano and her team. She is the reason why I have decided to switch to Loyola. I felt that while I was under her care in the ER I had the best of the best. Thank you for all you've done!
