I called the office to adjust my appointment. I asked the receptionist to let me know what doctor's office it is to make sure I've called the right number. She refused. I asked the question again, she hung up the phone on me. I immediately reached out to another doctor for appointment. Thankfully, this is LA and you're surrounded by thousands of doctors. PS. I just read the response of the office. It’s such a shame in order to discredit my review they have untruthfully claimed they don’t recognize me. Sorry for such a poor customer service and dishonest behavior.
