Dr. Claudia F. Baldassano, MD, has treated me for a long period of time. I have met many psychiatrists, and I have only trusted two of them, and Dr. Claudia Baldassano is one of them. She genuinely cares for me as a patient, and wants me to get better. She has always given me the time I have needed to hear my concerns and answer all of my questions. She has even gone out of her way to help me. I highly recommend her.
Always was late on her appointments. Could never get a hold of her when in need of prescriptions. My last appointment was my last straw. I was always nice and always curtious every time I was there with the staff even when the doctor was “running late” I was always patient. however this time they were Nasty. I was crying and they accused me of yelling at them however the African American receptionist was rude to me. There was a witness. I was belittled. It was MY fault she was running late.
