I made enchiladas recently for my family with the Casa Corona Red Enchilada Sauce. They were DELICIOUS! Sometimes I find jarred sauces don't taste very fresh but the flavors and spices in Claude's were excellent and really brought the whole meal to life. And talk about an easy dinner! My entire family loved this sauce and I can't wait to try out more of the sauces!
Absolutely AMAZING! NO other sauce\marinade compares. Use it on EVERYTHING! Beans,meat,salad,fish,chops,spaghetti sauce. Yep on EVERYTHING. Love it!
This is only pre-made marinade I will buy!!! I discovered it years ago as a "top-secret brisket recipe" from an elderly Texas couple that I took care of their home and this was one of the things they passed on to me! It has been a staple in the pantry ever since! I am trying it on a Boston Butt roast today and I'm sure it will turn out amazing also!
