There is simply no other marinade that qualifies to even be compared. Hands down, the best part of living in New Mexico was the Hatch chile and the easy access to Claude's in the groceries. I may not live in the good ol' southwest anymore, but I have taken a little piece of it with me through the incredible flavor of Claude's Marinade. Love it!
Great people to work for and the sauces they make are really good as well as for all the other things they have. Everyone who hasn't tried any of their sauces should really try them out.
