I'd happily recommend Claude Turpin to anyone selling and/or buying a home, and have already done so several times at the time of this review. The simple reason is that he is totally devoted to his clients and to getting what they need. I called and met with him on weekends, evenings, anytime that I needed. I was living in Indiana. I went down and fixed up the house and went home. Claude took care of everything. It went real smooth. He listed the house but did not sell it. He was right there for everything we needed for it to go smoothly. I recommend him highly and will use him in the future if I am ever in Anderson, SC again.
With moving from Maryland to South Carolina, Claude was very helpful with helping me find the home that I chose. He answered all of my questions and always kept in touch with me to let me know the progress of my purchase. After my move in Claude stopped in and checked to make sure things were good! Claude Turpin is a wonderful agent! He went above and beyond to ensure that our family found our perfect first home! We will definitely be using him again if we ever sell and/or buy another home. We were looking to purchase a condo for our son to live in his senior year at Clemson and keep for rental income after his graduation. We knew very little about condos and rentals in a college town. Claude made our first-time home buying expierence wonderful! He always stayed within our budget and took into consideration all the things we wanted as we browsed the market. He made sure the business side was taken care of at all times and kept us up to date on any changes that needed/had to be made while we were under contract.
