Raciest raciest prejudice the dispatcher told the driver to drop off the privilege people first my wife we're on the bus and the guy called and said said he fixing to drop her off first since she was first and dispatcher called back and said no no drop off. Great service
This company does not care. This company is not dependable. This company should not be trusted with your loved ones. They are rude, unprofessional, they discriminate against the very people that makes the company relevant. It is not ok to be rude to the elderly and disabled. The riders don't do the scheduling. Whats the purpose of scheduling if your gonna come when you want to or just not at all? Clastran does nothing but abuse the elderly and the disabled. That is not ok.
