This is the 3rd time I’ve been left stranded at dialysis. Yall lie about the timing on being picked up. Then yall blame the unprofessional behavior on “it’s public transportation “ this is very unprofessional.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will LITERALLY leave an elderly person stranded at a doctor office and REFUSE to come and pick you up! Completely unprofessional!!!!! Don’t even waste your money.
