My daughter is disabled and since the pandemic this company has been very unreliable. As recent as this morning, they have not picked her up and will not answer the phone. Extremely disappointed.
Tried to schedule a pickup for Dr's appointments multiple occasions and could never seem to be able to accommodate me. Prepaid so I guess I wasted my money.
This is the 3rd time I’ve been left stranded at dialysis. Yall lie about the timing on being picked up. Then yall blame the unprofessional behavior on “it’s public transportation “ this is very unprofessional.
