This was my first time at 21 Nails. I had read the reviews and decided to try it. I was greeted by Kaley who made me feel right at home. The pedicure service by Anastasia was top notch. The Misty Mint pedicure I chose provided a relaxing and refreshing experience. I will be returning! Update—after a few days my gel polish popped off my toes. Another technician fixed the 3 nails with the issue. Another week went by and another nail peeled off then another. I’ve never had this happen before. Sorry, I won’t be back!
Everyone was super friendly. I was early to my 9:30 apt, but didn’t start till 9:45/9:50. When I made appointment I didn't ask for russian manicure so called and asked to add, they said yes. When It was my turn they said they didn't have time to do the russian manicure part, BUT would do a deep clean on my cuticles and next time I come they will make sure to do russian manicure no charge and added it to the notes!
