I’m more than disgusted with this place! They altered my daughters wedding dress and it was 2 sizes smaller than it was suppose to when she got it back! We paid $350.00 for alteration of which only $300.00 was agreed upon and when the dress came back they said another $50.00 was due because it wasn’t purchased from them! Which they knew up front before we ever brought the dress in! Not to mention one of the bridesmaids didn’t get her outfit till last week and they sent an outfit 2 sizes to Small. I had the BEST experience Friday at Classy Threads. They were all so helpful and really listened to what I was looking for. After going through the ringer with a different bridal store and having to find another dress only 45 days before my wedding day I was panicking. I told them what I wanted and they found that plus so much more! I now have the dress of my dreams and I can not be more thankful💕💍👰🏻
I was in town shopping for my daughter prom dress. We live 3 hours away. My daughter found at least one dress that peeked her interest, so as I have done at all the stores I shopped at, I went to take a picture of the tag so that I will know the style n design to call the store later about if that was the final choice, one of the sales lady rudely screamed at me that “we do not allow anyone to take pictures of our tags “. Out of every dress shop, this was my favorite!! such sweet people and very helpful!! We said Yes to the Dress at Classy Threads and will post our dress picture on pageant day in 2 weeks.. Jonathan Kayne dress is the best. thank you for being so kind to us..
