I have gone to classy nails for years and even had my wedding nails done here, and I have not and any complaints until I got my nails dont recently. I had gel nails done and it broke on my pinky later that day and I went back in to get it fixed, which they did not charge me. However, my finger was throbbing and swollen for 2 days. My nails just came off yesterday and now that same finger is lifting from the nailbed. Had a classy manicure and sat with my nails under the dryer for at least 30 minutes as I was waiting for friends to have pedicures. Nails were still wet when I left and all nails smudged. They were a complete mess.
Rude man, I’m guessing the owner. Will treat his employees with no “classy” behavior. Everything is rushed. Not a place to be if you want to relax and enjoy your pedicure. This is an express salon, in and out whether you like it or not, you still pay and got to go cause they don’t care and they’re already working on the next client. -
This is my favorite place to get a pedicure in Wichita!!
The WORST customer service starting from the guy that greets you when you walk in to the nail tech. I should have listened to other people that said stay away from this money hungry salon. If I could do ZERO stars, I would.
