I have been a loyal customer of Classy Nails for nearly 10 years, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this salon and the people who work here. I moved out of the area three years ago and now live about an hour away, but I still make the drive every four weeks to have my nails and toes done here. I have come Classy Nails for over 5 years. All of nails technician are very sweet and friendly. I love their signature Collagen Vocano Deluxe pedicure , specially their hot Stone food massage is the best. I feel refresh my mind every pedicure session. In addition, my mom love doing Dip powder at Classy Nails. This salon have a wide selection of SNS organic dip powder. My mom nails are much more healthy and stronger after she do Dip powder at Classy Nails
I have come here almost 8 years for my pedicure. The service is quick, efficient, and afforable. The shop is very clean and well organized. Everybody are very friendly. I usually choose Vocano Pedicure which includes hot stone massage, paraffin treament, plus facial team treatment. This is going to be a bit of a long review- I’ve been living in Frederick for about five years now , and unfortunately, after a handful visits to Classy Nails, I can honestly say my experiences have consistently been disappointing. One of my biggest concerns is the quality of nail art. If you’re looking for very very basic nails or manicures that you just want quickly done and move on with your day then this salon may be fine for you, but in my experience, detailed nail art has never matched the reference designs I’ve shown.... read more
After leaving a simple, one-paragraph review from another Gmail account, the owner responded with a defensive, essay-length explanation that only proved how far professionalism at the business has fallen. The environment has become tense, unwelcoming, and impersonal, driven by an unhappy team and leadership that cares more about arguing than delivering a good customer experience.
