This is going to be a bit of a long review- I’ve been living in Frederick for about five years now , and unfortunately, after a handful visits to Classy Nails, I can honestly say my experiences have consistently been disappointing. One of my biggest concerns is the quality of nail art. If you’re looking for very very basic nails or manicures that you just want quickly done and move on with your day then this salon may be fine for you, but in my experience, detailed nail art has never matched the reference designs I’ve shown.... read more
