This was my 3rd time coming here. The first 2 times were good. This time not so much. The lady that did my pedicure cut my toes into all weird shapes (the shape was pretty before coming in), and the paint job is horrendous. I’m pretty sure my toodler could have done a better job. Im sad because I liked this place, but I don’t want to risk paying money on horrible work so I won’t be back.
I absolutely love Classy Nails! Tanya and Tommy are always so friendly and welcoming, and they make every visit a great experience. Whenever I’m in Hot Springs, this is the only salon I choose. They consistently do amazing work, and I always leave happy. Highly recommend!
Made an appointment, received both the confirmation and reminder, and arrived on time. Unfortunately, when I got there, the salin was closed and no one was present. Very frustrating experience, especially after taking the time to schedule and show up as instructed.
My Best friend and I had the most amazing time with Steve,Kim & Mike. The hospitality and customer service was great. We laughed, joked, drunk a little wine and had a great time from start to finish..THE FOOT AND LEG MASSAGE WAS TOP TIER. Thanks Kim and Classy Nail Spa! 10/10 recommend!!!
