Went during April 2021 when COVID is still present. Felt very safe, all appropriate precautions taken including a plastic divider between the client and stylist. Nails done well, especially hand. Certainly pricey (regular pedicure, gel manicure) but figured this is the first time getting nails done since COVID started (!!) greater than a year ago. Also it’s Palo Alto. Stylist (Katie) very pleasant and lovely. It’s her business so I’m all about supporting her!

Lovely nail salon!
I have been coming fairly regularly but feel a bit ripped off on my last visit and won't return. I was given a service I didn't want instead of the one I did, was pressured to tip 3 people when my service was by two and finally, the lack of nail dryers meant my mani was ruined soon after I left. Toes look good though.
