Our Yorkie has been a regular for 7 yrs. Even though we've moved away from Keller, we still make the trek to take him there.
Absolutely terrible place and customer service. No discussion or consultation about how you want your pet groomed. She just grabbed the leash and said she’d call when my dog was ready. After I explain what I wanted done, she appeared to understand but once I picked up my pet I was 100% unhappy with what they did. I had to go home and finish the job myself. We have used Classy Cuts for several years now. My little Gabby loves to go to “the spa” she starts getting excited once we turn on the road to them. She jumps out of the car and runs to the front door every time. I give them the highest recommendation!
They razor burned my dog's tummy and cut her inner thigh on our first and last visit. Never again!
Took my little girl Carly to Classy Cuts and they did a great job with her cut and nails! We will be coming back!
They did a great job on my terrier mix. I think what they charge is reasonable for the service you get. I will be bringing both my dogs back.
