Kelle was amazing!!!! She was so helpful and fun to work with! She helped me find the exact dress I was looking for. However, when I went to try on my dress it was not the color I ordered. Kelle did everything correct when she put in the order but whoever shipped it sent the wrong one. They said they would rush order the one I wanted in the right color (ordered ivory)....... But I could not chance it and hope it comes in time. My wedding was less than 6 weeks away..... There were also issues with the record of payments.... K... read more

Please come here!!! Loye was so wonderful! I had the worst experience at a commercial bridal store and felt defeated. One step in and my spirits were lifted. I ended up saying yes to the first dress I tried on and felt like a beautiful bride. Thank you!!!
Ladies this is the place to say Yes to your dress! Loye and all the ladies there were so sweet to me. They genuinely care about YOU the bride. The alterations lady is amazing as well. Their customer service is just excellent! I can't thank y'all enough. A true blessing.

Lisa was amazing at picking out dresses that suited my style and body type. She made me feel like a friend instead of just a sale. She is fantastic! However I've had some problems with the process after I bought the dress including payment discrepancies that are not handled in a timely fashion and my dress coming in quite late in my opinion. None of my problems had anything to do with Lisa though, I highly recommend her for an awesome dress choosing experience!

I went to Classy Concepts in September and didn't get the dress I should have. Lisa helped me and she was so amazing!! I decided that I had to have that specific dress. So I called to see if I sent in a picture they could see if it was still there. Everyone I spoke with went above and beyond and it was my luck that it was still in stock!! This place is absolutely amazing! Loy (sp?) was a gem to work with very helpful professional and knowledgeable! She really made the experience memorable. After going to two other dress venues first I said yes to the dress! They really focus on you and don't double book.
Never got to see what they truly have. Consultant was very rude. Told my daughter that she needed an appointment. When my daughter told her we did she went so far to say " I can't tell you how many times that has happened. Then told us that they would help us best they could. But her tone was extremely rude. She accused my daughter of storming her desk. She stepped up to desk when she said we didn't have an appointment. Makes you wonder if they can't keep track of appoints they make at a Bridal shows how can they keep track ... read more
