RecommendedThe absolute BEST experience. Found my dress on the 2nd try and Sue was an Angel! My dad passed away on my wedding day, I went back and saw Sue a few more times before getting married (again) and she ended up sewing part of my dads shirt into my wedding gown into a heart... as if he was with my the whole time❤️, I will forever be grateful for Sue. Had a great experience here from everyone the moment i scheduled my bridal appointment from a bridal show. Y'all were the 1st and only shop i went to when getting a dress. Kelle was there to help me from the moment i walked through the doors. I feel bad for not knowing the other lady's name, she helped me with picking out my bridesmaids dresses and ordering them. I had such an amazing experience at Classy Concepts!!! Mel was my consultant and she knew exactly what I wanted and made finding my dress a dream come true!! Every dress I tried on was absolutely beautiful and exactly my taste, so I knew Mel was very close to finding THE ONE!! I couldn't imagine going anywhere else nor working with anyone else!!! I am so happy I chose Classy's and got to work with Mel!! I will certainly be using them for my bridal party for their dresses!!

My experience with Classy Concepts was everything I hoped it would be when finding a dress for my wedding day. The staff had been so helpful, kind, and knew exactly what I was looking for. When I told them the price range I needed to be in, they helped guide me to the right spot. My dress came in earlier than they had quoted and they were quick in getting me set up for my first dress fitting. The people at Classy Concepts are so incredibly happy and nice! Both important qualities for a bridal boutique for sure! They are patient and encouraging! And stress free! So fun!!
This is the BEST customer service , the owner was so awesome even without having an appointment she made my sister and I feel welcomed and told me that she would get me in trying dresses no matter what and that it would be a party !! I am from Florida and I am sooo thankful I came here and found my wedding dress ! Maria was the stylist I had and she was excellent So happy I wish I could give more stars .!

We had the most amazing time. Maria has outstanding customer skills and she made us feel right at home as well as the other staff. This was a great experience for my daughter and I. She made her feel like she was the bride she is. This place is #1 in my book! It just doesn’t get any better.
