Not worth the price I paid. I will have to clean my Windows again. They are all streaked up. Didn't clean all of my dash. Didn't tell me my floor matts are soaking wet in the trunk.
My wife wanted to surprise me by having the car I'd just purchased washed/cleaned inside and out. She went to the ocean springs location to have this done. Upon her brining the car back to me she'd noticed that the top of the car and the windows had not been cleaned. She immediately called back to the store and the girl who answered the phone stated: "well were not going to wash it again!" Not worth the price tag. I had better detailing on the Streets of Baltimore for $30 dollars better than this. Overpriced and undertrained
They broke my antenna off my truck a month ago and did nothing said they would contact me went by there two weeks ago nothing yet
Worst place ever. Did not clean my car right the first time. Asked them to redo it. Came back a 3rd time and once again my car is not clean. Oh and there was suddenly a nail in my tire. The manager was very rude and said he wasn't responsible for tires. Will not ever go back.
The employees are very poor at informing their customers of where to go and what to do. I spent about $40 on the basics and came back to find my car with far too many smudges and overlooked dirt. I will not be returning.
