Lack of information upon driving in. No pricing visible. I felt like we were being "guided" to the most expensive products. No recognition of loyalty points, or possible senior discounts. I spoke to a manager and explained our disappointment, the manager defended all of their practices vehemently. He ended up asking us to leave multiple times, wouldn't even let our worker accept my tip. We were dumbfounded. I called the Biloxi office in a daze. They were to call me back, but that didn't happen. It was a sad experience.
Recommendedthese guys cleaned my truck inside and out. they had me inspect it and fixed any issues I had. my truck hadn't looked this good in a long time. thank you Classy Chassis!!!
After being a loyal customer for 27 years, Classy Chassis has lost my business!!! My RayBan sunglasses and my Catherine Popesco bracelet were stolen out of my car... items worth over $200 total. I asked only for the exterior to be washed... an expensive $9.00 car wash! And yes, normally when I’ve had my car cleaned there, there isn’t anything of value in it but because I wasn’t having the interior cleaned, I didn’t think about it. I hate a thief! And yes, I spoke with the owner... waste of time. 🙄
Went there Saturday to get my wife's hatch back washed and vacuumed before she came home. They failed to vacuum in the hatch area which badly needed it, or to wash under the hatch overlap. Don't think I'm going back.
They're good wrecking/damaging your car without telling you about it. Then when you talked to the owner son he too busy snorting s*** while on the phone acting hard.
They did an AMAZING job getting all the dog poop and smell out of my car. I rescued a lost dog and brought her to her owners, before I could give her back, she got sick twice in my car. Thanks so VERY much to the dog's owner for paying for a FULL detail and thanks Classy Chassis for the awesome job! #happycustomer
The last two times I have come to this location Thai wIted close to an hour and a half for my car to be completed. There were only six cars ahead of me and the machines kept stopping and there were not enough people around working to care how long it was taking. Very disappointing.
