Great customer service, Connie is compassionate,kind and caring. She really takes pride and care in all she does, my dog is 90% blind and he loves her! So does my little dog who doesnt like people. So that says alot!

Thank you Tamara; it's all a process that takes time when working with special needs dogs and those who may have anxiety, fear and/or certain likes and dislikes so can figure out what works best for each animal.
Several years a customer and very happy with the grooming results! Owner and employees are friendly and great with my dogs. Dogs love it - I love it! Have kenneled there too and seems like the dogs had a great time.
The owner makes up policies and slaps dollars and fees that are not in writing. This business is a pure rip-off.
