Been our family jeweler for years, at least 15! They are amazing and have beautiful pieces. Bob the owner is the best! Can't wait to go see the new location

This place is horrible! They currently have my $130 payment and my repaired wedding ring but are refusing to give me my ring back because they just moved locations and said they are not officially open yet. The lady seemed agitated and flat out rude when I demanded my ring back and offered no solutions. I hope that I can actually get my ring back from them soon. Once I do, I will be sure to never ever return to this place and will let everyone know how horrible their service is!!

We were expected to be open by now and have your ring ready for pick up, but unfortunately due to some unforeseen delays in construction of our brand new location we've been instructed by the city of Frisco by law we need to wait to open our doors for business until the new site construction is complete. Great place for stocking up on fountain pen ink. They have a great selection of Noodler's Ink Co. bottled ink at a good price, along with a selection of the company's fountain pens. They also keep in stock Platinum Century pens. As someone who keeps at least two fountain pens with me at all times, it is a great store to have close by.
Bob and his team are amazing! They shortened my grandmother's amber beads and created wonderful matching earrings for me. They have appraised my jewelry and sized rings for my father and me. And, my husband bought me the ring of my dreams at Classique. You will never find a more honest, creative, and gracious jewelry "family"!
OK Bob... You did it again in your advise and in your selection of an item that my wife. She loved it! And let me tell you that when I got home and gave it to her... "Hugs and kisses" is what I got. And the funny think was... I wasn't even in the "Dog-house" either. Thanks my friend :-) :-) :-)
Hands down the best jewelry store in Frisco. The selection is amazing and the customer service is unbelievable. I took a rush repair in and within minutes I had my piece fixed. They are the nicest, most professional people around. Will definitely be a life long customer!
