A magical, life changing place! Helena is wise, intuitive, thoughtful, caring and a true light in this world. The best acupuncture I have ever received! Each visit, I learn more about my body, the power of my mind, breathing, and how to be the healthiest I can be. When I am struggling with something, I know one of the first things I need is an appointment with Helena. I highly recommend!!!
I started acupuncture with Helena after months of chiropractor and physical therapy visits to address back pain with no improvement. I was working with a new PT that completely limited my participation in physical activity due to my back pain. Despite doing all my home program and limiting movement I saw no improvement. Helena is amazing! I’ve tried acupuncture before and the way Helena does is completely different. Her knowledge and expertise are impressive and my body feels as I get a deep tissue massage after every session. If you want to achieve a muscle relaxation, and clear and calm your mind - I highly recommend trying Helena !!!
