Mr. Harris is extremely helpful and knowledgable about all aspects of model railroading. I had some questions today and needed a couple of parts. He got me lined out quickly and went above and beyond to resolve my problems. He has an incredible inventory of parts and equipment. Will definitely do business with him in the future. A+ service!
Bill is one of the nicest men I have ever met. He is very helpful, honest, and a true man of God. I stopped by his place for a few hours on Friday last week. He showed me all of the engines he had to offer and demonstrated them as well. I returned on Saturday and he again demonstrated them for my grandson. If you are into trains, stop by and see Bill. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Bill for your hospitality and your friendship.

Spent a pleasurable couple of hours in this shop when traveling through the Paducah-area and stopping to visit a friend into model railroading. Great people, wonderful stock (selection), and pleasant conversation with staff. Store is all trains, multiple gauges. Strong selection of RR books. Don't miss if in the area!

Bill and Roger great friendly and knowledgeable guys. I am from Murphysboro. My wife and I came down for an appointment saw this place and stopped in. We were met with instant feeling of knowing these guys . Bill showed us several things that were not around when we had our layout setup. They got our interest going again. If you are into trains of any gauge or era this is the place. Lots of books and supplies on Model railroading and Ferrari's
Great place and wonderful operations. Bill and Roger are so friendly and helpful. Best place ever for trains and anything you need for your hobby.

This is your old-fashioned Local Hobby Shop -- on steroids. Beyond the usual stock, Bill has a large selection of vintage kits from manufacturers that no longer exist, and lots of vintage built models. He also has lots of detail parts, mostly in HO, and a large selection of 3-rail O-Scale trains. And, a very large selection of the best railroad books and odd things like china and lanterns. Definitely worth a visit.
