Bad experience today. Requested an online appt last week for oil, state inspection and tire rotation. Oil/ filter listed at $39.95. I signed service guys estimate for the same price. When they called to say it was ready, the jacked the price to $79. Classic bait & switch. 2nd, they failed 2 tires on the inspection, it happens. They tired to sell me their brand (they said Michelins are unavailable until July) thinking they had me over a barrel. WRONG ANSWER! Fail my inspection, I'll go elsewhere.
