Honestly just beware of this place and the service department. I was very taken back by the lack of connies customer service support and how blatantly she does not care.... that was until I spoke with her manager Eric who does not need to be in this position and fully backs his employees treating customers how they want. This is a very shady dealership with dishonest business practices. Rode up to look at a Tacoma that was priced very fairly online. Checked the car out on the lot. Decided I wanted to check it out. Went inside and could not get any help. No receptionist, no mangers in any office. 3 salesman outside shooting the breeze, asked to look at the vehicle. Dirty sales tactics. We drove from the Tri Cities for an internet sales purchased vehicle. The buyer I was helping told him 4 different times he didn't want an extended warranty. I went to the bathroom for 30 seconds and he used some "I've seen these toyota screens go out a thousand times". Sold him a 3rd party warranty that wasn't even through toyota for +$3,000 that covers "electronics". We looked it up and plenty of complaints about unpaid claims. We sent him and the salesperson an email canceling the warranty and have no... read more
