Have purchased 2 new Rav4s and 3 trucks here in 2 years. Excellent dealership to deal with. Randy Kreps does what he says he will do and does a great job. No problems ever occurred buying vehicles or with service.
When I purchased my new Toyota in 2014 from Classic, I was asked what my current payment was and told them. Afterward they manipulated the price in their favor by adding on whatever! My main disappointment was that I was never given any negotiation ability. Now I have worked with the service department several times, they are always pleasant, but very seldom get the job done right the first time! "Always do your homework on your trade in value before you trade in or they will take advantage of your lack of knowledge."
