I made an appointment to get a recall fixed on my 2010 Corolla. I asked before making the appointment if the part was in. They said it was, and put me in the appointment book. When I showed up to drop off my car, they did not have me down for an appointment, nor did they have the part needed for my car. They told me to call later in the week or next week. What good is calling ahead if you won't honor muy appointment?
A big thank you to Andre in the service department. On a day trip to Galveston, my Camry started making some funny noises around the front wheels. As it turns out Andre said they could just install a few bolts and I would be on my way. In a short time, he had it ready and said there would be no charge! Thanks again Andre and Classic Toyota!

Always great service, but please fix your wifi and allow work websites so we can do our jobs while we wait.
They got me in and out pretty quickly this past week when I was on vacation with the kids during spring break. We were down from Austin and had a water pump go bad. Very courteous and didn't get charge as car was under warranty.
Best experience ever, easy, no stress, hassle free and we appreciated that and of course a good deal - Robert Willard was awesome to deal with! Thank you!
