Had major electrical damage from rats and cost me $1000, I would have expected my floors to be vaccumed and fluids to be checked. Not happy with what is supposed to be customer service.
We highly recommend Classic Toyota. Brandon Marshall provided the best car buying experience we have ever had. That is saying something because we have bought many vehicles over the years from many dealerships to include high end luxury brands. Do yourself a favor and give Brandon a call if you're interested in a Toyota. He gave us a great deal without any of the games some dealerships play. Just honest, good faith negotiating in a caring and respectful manner. Dosen't get any better than that.

Made apt with service dept based on a recall. I arrived and was quickly met at service dept who explained process. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable of the recall. I waited in a very nice and clean area and was surprised how quickly the work was completed. The experience was one of the best I have had from a service department. It was actually pleasant. Great job Classic Toyota.
