I was extremely pleased with my experience at Classic Toyota in Waukegan. I found the prices for the new Corollas were the best around. I also found the customer service to be very positive from beginning to end. I brought my brand-new car (less than 1400 miles) in with a check engine light on, spoke with two different service techs. They blamed me for causing the check engine light then refused to hook it up to diagnose the problem without charging me a $150 fee. They were rude accusatory and unprofessional. They also told me if I did not like it then I can take it to the dealer I bought the car from.
