Buyer Beware – One of the worst experiences with a business I've ever had. All is well and good, charming salespeople, beautiful showroom, until you pay them... then you experience unmet delivery dates (by months), unreturned phone calls, and disgraceful customer service. They at one point tried to convince me that I my complaint of a three month delay was somehow my fault because they felt that it was closer to two months and that I was behaving unreasonably (they then proceeded to quote me a false date for my order).
