Absolute worst property management. I spent 4 years at one of his properties and it got progressively worse and Don is completely incompetent in property management. Place was never cleaned or painted prior to move in. I had to clean up the backyard that was littered with trash and leaves. His repairman for a while was a drunk that complained about Don and did shotty work. Every basic job became an ordeal. Don has been the best landlord we have ever had. Every time we experienced an issue with the house, he had someone out the next day to fix it. Very prompt, reliable, and communicates well. Highly recommend.
Great service!!! He is very trustworthy and always answers the phone. He is polite, kind, and truly cares about people. He is a proactive problem solver with a strong vendor network, and more than anything, he is accountable and reliable. Highly recommend!
Don was extremely helpful as my property manger for 2 years. He listened, worked quickly and efficiently, and was always incredibly reasonable to work with. I am very grateful as he made my rental experience as seamless as possible.
