They gave me an estimate and scheduled to do the project. They lost the measurements twice. Then they were 3 weeks late starting. Once they started, they didn't have enough material & wanted to charge me significantly more money. I refused to pay more than the contracted amount. They did refund my money with very little insistence from me & I was able to hire another company to do it within the original budget.
