I was very disappointed to learn the Classic Soft Trim's leather product lasts less than 6 years under normal (non-abusive, non-excessive) wear, and that damaged leather is not covered under the "Lifetime" Warranty. I am the original owner of a 2012 Honda Odyssey, and after sending photos of the damaged leather on the driver’s seat to both your Fort Myers Dealer and Corporate Office, I have been told that normal wear and tear are not covered.
