Great window replacement experience! We hired them to replace half of the windows in our 100-year-old house, and then we ordered wooden storms for the other half of the windows (we didn't want to replace the old, leaded, art glass). Everyone was nice and helpful, from the salesman to the receptionist to Shilo, who installed all of the windows in 2 days. Their suggestions were great, and we love the windows.
we really liked their window suggestions We had Classic Sash & Door Company out to the house for suggestions on what could be done to update the old windows we have and to give us an estimate on some french doors. The estimator came out and walked around the house with us, giving us suggestions and pointing out ways to make our house more energy efficient with the new windows that are on the market. The french doors are out of our budget at the moment, but we're seriously considering the windows.
