After an initial visit for an estimate and measurement, he never contacted to make an installation appointment. After I contacted him about an install date, he committed to the following week. He showed up and said the next day he would do and dropped his trailer. 2 Days later I received an e-mail saying he did not have the material and it would be the following week on Tuesday. I contacted Dave to help with an extremely minor problem - one of my downspouts had come loose and was vibrating in the high winds and making a lot of noise. I had called other local companies and was told things like they weren't available anytime soon, or would have to apply a minimum trip fee of $300, etc. Needless to say, I was in a bit of a panic thinking this was going to take a long time and possibly cost a significant amount.
