If I could give negative stars I would. Despite what the company wrote about themselves when they rated themselves with 5 stars (that’s how ethical and just plain not smart they are) I am not a tenant that was evicted and just angry at them for being kicked out (looks like this review was possibly removed). On the contrary, I was a landlord who never had any type of payment issues to them. Their communication is an absolute ATROCIOUS. Jay and Cindy are great! They're easy to talk to when I've had issues. I recommend them to everyone!
I have been trying to reach someone in their office for 3 days just to ask a few questions and I have yet to receive a call or text back per their voice message. I'm glad I'm not renting through them as I can only imagine if I were and needed maintenance assistance, how that experience would be. Very poor customer service.
