First of all, they listened. I have been through several home improvement projects in my home in the past 12 years. My husband is new at this. But he was ready to sign a contract with Ward right away. I am already trying to decide which project to do next. But the bathroom gut job is becoming my spa oasis. Excellent communication from start to finish. Quality workmanship. They found cost effective solutions when problems arose. The remodel was seamless with the existing house and all the period details were preserved.
