I hope no one ever has to deal with DOUG. There was never a firm message to ONLY text NOT call him and when I called him today he let me have it. Told me I am NOT to CALL only text. I never got that message and with March 1st coming soon and a quick break at work. I did the unimaginable and called. An absolute Nightmare to deal with! Ruth, Victor and the rest of management are atrocious. Rude and disrespectful. Paid rent and deposit and they claimed if I do not pay there would be issues. They are incompetent to say the least. AND ANY GOOD REVIEW YOU READ IS PROBABLY A BOT! STAY AWAY FROM CLASSIC PROPERTY!
No matter how clean it is when you moved out, they require so-called professional clean staff which they ‘help’ you find. They told me that they cannot return all sd,because the ceiling ac fan is dirty.
