An absolute Nightmare to deal with! Ruth, Victor and the rest of management are atrocious. Rude and disrespectful. Paid rent and deposit and they claimed if I do not pay there would be issues. They are incompetent to say the least. AND ANY GOOD REVIEW YOU READ IS PROBABLY A BOT! STAY AWAY FROM CLASSIC PROPERTY!
No matter how clean it is when you moved out, they require so-called professional clean staff which they ‘help’ you find. They told me that they cannot return all sd,because the ceiling ac fan is dirty.

Excellent tenant experience so far, the team very professional, shout out to Ruth and team Victor as well , very efficient and quick to respond to emergency
I have dealt with Classic Property Management for years now and honestly could not possibly be happier. I just noticed the low reviews and thought I had to give my 2 cents because it does not track with my experience at all. They've been on the ball with any repairs, very straightforward and clear and concise with communication, which to me is very important.
