Watch very closely how they manage your associations money and the invoices match. They are definitely in the business for a profit. Making sure your property is maintained is not their priority. Their staff treat and talk to homeowner's as if they are stupid. When you have an issue they take their time with repairs. No concern that you are living with leaks, mold, ant infestation, termites, etc. This company consistently raise HOA dues and don’t do any improvements to the property. They have not shown cancern for our complex. No one ever visits. Today's I have so much water from the sprinkling system that the ground is soggy and has puddles. I live in a city of primarily people od color. I am hoping this is not the reason why we have such poor service. Even when you call there is no sound of genuine caring. Slow to respond to your problem. I wonder if there are companies that really care. The property taxes and the association dues are very high for such poor service. I am praying for a genuine change.
