Trash Issues Ignored — Poor Oversight Management has failed to address ongoing trash pileups and missing bins. Residents are left to deal with flies, odors, and the risk of pests — all while management points fingers instead of taking action. No updates, no accountability, just excuses. If you're considering moving in, document everything and be prepared to fight for basic living conditions.

Watch very closely how they manage your associations money and the invoices match. They are definitely in the business for a profit. Making sure your property is maintained is not their priority. Their staff treat and talk to homeowner's as if they are stupid. When you have an issue they take their time with repairs. No concern that you are living with leaks, mold, ant infestation, termites, etc. This company consistently raise HOA dues and don’t do any improvements to the property. I have stayed silent because I am a VAmental health consumer that risks retaliation! At this time I do not reccomend any vulnerable Person to live here that is desperate for housing! Circumstances, set ups, bought me here almost 20 years ago! The management companies before them also took advantage! Please all Veterans of color do not buy or rent here. P.S. I OWN THIS APT.
